● Collaboration with the Chamber Of Commerce: To provide the Indian Chamber of Commerce
in South Korea with insights for implementing relevant initiatives.
● Preparation of Aggregated Reports: To highlight trends, overall findings, and actionable data
for improving expatriate conditions.
● Strengthening Bilateral Relations: To contribute to enhancing economic, social, and cultural
cooperation between India and South Korea.

Data processing is conducted in strict adherence to Article 15 of PIPA, which permits collection and
use based on explicit consent provided by data subjects. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and
consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Data Sharing
5.1 Sharing of Data with the Indian Chamber of Commerce in South Korea
We share the following data with the Indian Chamber of Commerce in South Korea:
● Identifiable Data: Names and email addresses for individual follow-ups where necessary.
● Aggregated Reports: Summaries of overall trends and anonymized data across various survey
dimensions (e.g., cultural integration, housing).
We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties. Disclosure to third parties will only occur
with your explicit consent or as mandated by law.

6. Data Security Measures
We have implemented robust security protocols to safeguard your data against unauthorized access,
disclosure, or misuse. These measures include:
● Encryption: All data is encrypted during transmission (via HTTPS) and at rest.

9. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Where data is accessed outside South Korea, such as in Hong Kong:
● Data transfers comply with Article 28-8 of PIPA.
● Equivalent safeguards are applied to ensure compliance with South Korean privacy standards.
● Data remains securely hosted on Google servers located in compliant jurisdictions.

10. Data Breach Response
In the event of a data breach:
● Notification: Affected individuals and the Personal Information Protection Commission
(PIPC) will be notified within 72 hours as required by Article 34 of PIPA.
● Details Provided: Notifications will include a description of the breach, potential risks, and
remediation steps taken.
● Mitigation: Measures will be promptly implemented to contain the breach and prevent future
occurrences.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable
